A Time of such Quality

Francis Edwards, a struggling science writer, lives in Central London. He has always had glimpses of his future, but when these "foresights" start to come thick and fast, he discovers that he is a key part in a four thousand year plan to reconcile two warring groups of Guardians, genetically-modified humans whose role is to preserve civilisation. The story is set in two times: the first part in the late 1970's and the second in the present day.
