This book is packed full of experiments, science facts, puzzles and questions you’ve always wanted answered. Each experiment is designed to be low cost and uses materials widely available in Ireland. In some cases I also included a few examples of places in Ireland where you can get the materials to do your very own experiments. With each experiment you will be able to build up your science lab and the same materials can be used for multiple experiments, so never throw things out! This book is designed to make science fun, but if you learn something as well that’s great too! All the experiments given in this book have been tested by professional scientists. However, some experiments require (a little) adult supervision so please make sure you read the instructions before you start, just in case you blow up the kitchen!
