I called this book essence of quintessence, because we all have a being and an essence that life allows to flesh out and put to the test in order to unfold. Our essence defines who we are more than our appearance and our words and what we believe we are, it represents our values, our interiority, what we transmit to those around us as well as to other essences. It reasons and vibrates each one. The vagaries of life cause this essence to reach what we call the quintessence of being. When we have achieved a serenity in our path which makes the soul light up from within despite the obstacles and events we have experienced. The essence is a source and at the same time a knowledge that restores us, because the path is already traced within us and communicates with us through our emotions and intuitions.
