Early childhood memories that my Dad and I put in writing a short time before he left us. I did not want these memories to leave with him, but to stay behind, and be shared with by all. He was a fine Doctor, during a time when Physicians were utilized for more than medicine, they were ministers, counselors, confidants, and they were always seen dressed in a suit, with a white shirt, a tie, and generally,, a smile. Physicians, were perhaps, the most respected profession, in his day. To some, he was "doc" to his family he was Dad, or Grandfather, but to most, he was Doctor Dooley.
