A personal Organizer
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Re-Entry into society for many people can be a difficult situation, especially if they had been incarcerated for a long time. It can be a major challenge in adjusting to a world that has changed. This is where support becomes a necessity to making it in society. Unfortunately support for reentry has not been well organized or centralized and the person reentering the community has to wade thru piles of red tape to find help. This book is the result of consolidating this red tape into an organized workbook that will aid anyone reentering today's society.
It is not a story book but a collection of resources consolidated in one place to help navigate the many roads to success. It is a workbook designed for North Carolinian inmates returning to society. A journal that key personal information is placed so as not to rely on memory alone. It also contains support information on Housing, Social Services, SNAP, Veterans Administration, and Employment. Included within is a check list to mark off key time frames and items needed to assist with the Re-Entry process and space to organize key personal information that may be needed in visiting the various agencies that offer help.
