Dialectical & Historical Materialism

Often praised for its clarity and accessibility, Dialectical & Historical Materialism was first published in the textbook Short History of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, but soon garnished enough renown to be better known as a work all on its own. Emerging in 1929 as a response to deficient interpretations of dialectical materialism that had failed to keep pace with insights provided by the Soviet project, Dialectical & Historical Materialism continues to serve its original purpose as a philosophical primer well into the twenty-first century.
