What is a home? Who can say for sure? Take charge of your land? Why? Because of your rights to breed there? To survive there? The remaining survivors of a scorched, starving earth, living among their memories and old, joined acquaintances, spark fire in these dormant debates. Sacrifices and putrid killings distill causes, carrying with their actions a moment of control and a justice. Their answer found in their quarrel may spell out salvation or may only further contribute to the sentence against their wintering obeisance.
One boy dares to ask his question out loud, and his only cousin is ready to answer the inquest.
