Samantha’s Third Heart is Book Two of the Patrick’s Jacket series. Samantha lives in the water around Says Island. She has three hearts. Two have already paid. She still wants one more love, and she still wants a life that does not stay quiet. This book is softer than Patrick’s Jacket. It stays close to real sea life, then lets a little magic in. Island people walk the beach. The ocean keeps its own time. Samantha learns what she can keep and what she has to spend. Read it if you want the quiet middle of the series: love, loss, and one heart that is still willing. Book Two of four. By J.T. Burger.
