Note per day日志：2024年7月8日——2025年11月1日 （这是改版后，带Hour Note的第十六本日志） 不过这本已经不包括Note per day，只有Hour Note，因为上一本中记录的，被绑架到苏家坨的事情，当时导致断发的内容，为了标记，都不恢复，也不会变了！默认每秒自动发无数次，虽然我每篇hour note也都强调重复！ 主要包括声明，不会更改的声明（最多会有补充完善）； 而且尤其是2024年被绑架到苏家坨之后，声明默认永远不会放弃不会更改，只会补充和完善，或者说（小红书笔记中的说法）加强的了！ 迫害情况； 每日记录：情况比之前任何时候都更严重，更过分，但是后面还有更过分的！ 这段时间在中国境内没有发推文； China is the worst!
