How bank works efficiently via Service Blueprint?

The purpose of the report is to get a fair idea about the working of any service organization and in my case it is a very well known bank- Bank Alfalah and since I had to make the layout diagrams and blueprints. My basic objective was to see the overall servicescape of the bank as well as what kind of services they are offering and our main focus was on the service blueprints of the company which are basically the maps of the service being provided and also our aim was to redesign the service offerings in a way which will enhance them and will improve the services which will not only benefit the customers in terms of their selecting Bank Alfalah as their bank but also the bank itself with respect to getting more business and thus generating more profits.....
