A Cure for the Heart

Lynn Everheart isn't exactly what you would call a 'normal teenager'. Almost a year ago, she was diagnosed with stage three lung cancer. At first, it was like there was nothing wrong with her at all, but recently, her condition has been worsening. Now that her birthday is right around the corner, she's wondering if this could be her last chance to celebrate the birthday she never got.
