Disability Hothouse / The Chicago 2020 Plan A hothouse is a creative environment where new ideas grow and flourish. Our goal is to make Chicago a place where people are thinking about and advancing the civil rights of people with disabilities – to bring Chicago to the forefront of disability research and programs. We want to foster a culture where the rights of people with disabilities factor into the decision making process in every area.
