Have you ever had a déjà vu moment that stopped you in your tracks? Felt an instant connection to a place, person, time period, or culture you couldn’t explain? Dreamed a dream that felt more like a memory? Apparently, I’ve Been Here Before is a fun, thoughtful, and uplifting journal for exploring the possibility of past lives—whether you’re a lifelong believer, simply curious, or happily living somewhere in the great big “maybe.” Through creative prompts, case files, dream and déjà vu logs, historical exploration, possible previous-life profiles, reflection activities, and a healthy dose of humor, you can collect the clues and explore what they might mean to you. Research the things that feel familiar. Record the things that don’t fit. Imagine ordinary lives as well as extraordinary ones. Wonder who you might have been, what you may have carried forward, and what your curiosity can teach you about the person you are today. There’s nothing here you have to prove—and you don’t have to come away with all the answers. Maybe you’ve been here before. Maybe you haven’t. Either way, you’re here now. And this life matters. Come curious. Leave with more questions. ❤️
