Ever watched one video about a new hobby and suddenly found yourself 47 browser tabs deep, researching supplies, watching tutorials, and wondering whether this is your entire personality now? Welcome. You're among friends. THIS IS MY ENTIRE PERSONALITY NOW is a funny, encouraging ADHD hyperfixation journal for curious humans who discover something interesting and immediately need to know absolutely everything about it. Follow your hyperfixations through the gloriously chaotic cycle of discovery, research, acquisition, identity, “the incident,” abandonment, and the inevitable WAIT!!! I WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN! Inside you'll find playful prompts and activities for tracking rabbit holes, research, supplies, questionable financial decisions, unfinished projects, forgotten hobbies, accidental skills, returning obsessions, and all the fascinating things your curiosity has taught you along the way. This isn't a journal about forcing yourself to finish every hobby you start. It's about recognizing that exploring, experimenting, learning, creating, changing your mind, and trying something ridiculous can all have value—even when the hobby doesn't last forever. You don't have to master it. You don't have to monetize it. You don't even have to finish it. You were curious. That counts. ❤️ Perfect for ADHD and neurodivergent adults, hobby collectors, serial researchers, creative minds, chronic project starters, and anyone who has ever said, “I'll just look into it…” and emerged three hours later with a shopping cart full of supplies.
