The Silent Victim

The Silent Victim is a tale of a young couple who move into a new appartment only to find a few years later that they are victims of a neighbour who opens up a bar below their appartment and try to turn it into a nightclub. It shows of the couples plight and bravery in how they had to deal with noise pollution. It is a real but sad situation that most people in the western world face.
