Ellen is frightened, she has no idea to what it could be, but the thing she knows is that her reflection in the mirror seems to be living on its own. People see Ellen where she has not been and tell her about things she did not do. When visiting summerhouse Ellen and her friends find all the mirrors broken and debris of mirror in places they least expect to find it. Ellen can expect almost anything to happen and she does not know if she can destroy the ghost that looks like her or if it will take over her life and Ellen will no longer be a human.
