The Wind Rises Over Oil River

This book tells the author’s 38-year career working at the grassroots level in oilfields. He spent the first 18 years in public security and the following 20 years in security work, deeply aware of his heavy responsibility and glorious mission. As he is about to retire, he wishes to record his decades of work experience, observations, thoughts, and stories, hoping to provide reference for those who will take up similar work in the future. The book is divided into five parts: Soul of the Hometown, Ode to Mountains and Rivers, Affection for Petroleum, Fragrant Years, and Soul Station.
