Expanding on the immersive projection-based exhibition, the FLORIOGRAPHY Photo Book gathers photographer Kylie Supski’s intimate floral portraits into a lasting, tactile form. Where the show envelops visitors in light and sound, this companion volume offers a quiet space for reflection—inviting readers to linger with each image and uncover the layered meanings behind the blooms.
Structured in twelve movements, the book presents 24 original photographs, each paired with a short poem written by Supski. These poems serve as intimate meditations on the emotional resonance of each flower—lily, dahlia, sunflower, cactus, and more—transforming the collection into both a visual archive and a lyrical anthology.
Each image, captured on a Canon EOS R and crafted through Supski’s signature process of careful observation and digital animation (without the use of AI), honors the delicate interplay between traditional photography and contemporary visual storytelling. The still photographs hold the depth and detail of her original works while the written reflections echo the show’s larger theme: flowers as metaphors, blooms as verses, and nature as a silent but eloquent storyteller.
Designed as both an art object and a contemplative keepsake, the FLORIOGRAPHY Photo Book allows readers to experience Supski’s vision at their own pace. It is a garden pressed into pages—a space where color, memory, and meaning unfold long after the projection lights fade.
