Jordan and her brother Blake thought they had the perfect life. They had a rich family and used to getting their way. When Jordan is diagnosed with cancer, her families life is flipped upside down. Suddenly truth and secrets are revealed. Jordan goes on a mission to bring her parents back together after learning her mothers' plans for a divorce. Blake finds himself falling in love with a waitress, but she has a secret of her own that could put a hault to their romance. Meanwhile, Jordan and her hospice nurse, Alex are falling in love with each other. Leaving Alex to choose between being professional at his job, or being with the love of his life through her final days.
