Tea Time Numerical Analysis is an introductory one-semester numerical analysis textbook. Coverage of scalar methods is rather thorough, including a foundational chapter, root finding, numerical calculus, interpolation, and ordinary differential equations. The book is intended to be useful as a primary source in a course, a self-study guide, or as a reference for the basics of scalar numerical analysis. Emphasis is on mathematics rather than application, though some applications are addressed.
