The Glass Sonata

On the tropical island nation of Kenedra, the pale Aristan race and their goddess have enslaved the Salans with ruthless efficiency. Helpless against the agonizing Aristan magic called pain, and abandoned by their goddess, the Salans have long since forgotten their pride. As Day plunges into a world of political upheaval and civil war, he unearths the Salans’ sinful past-—as well as an ancient curse from the Gods. In order to release the power necessary to save his nation, Day must first find the Angel Glass, a psychological graveyard hiding his original memories. But entering the Angel Glass has its own consequences: the corruption of Anden’s soul, the unleashed wrath of a furious goddess, and, most of all, Day’s own destruction.
