Irish-born Australian author. Over the years I have created some outstanding stories and published many books. In 2009 I became an Indie Publisher and love this business very much. I can create books using my own ISBN or choose to use those supplied by Lulu. I have learned a lot over the years. How to write a book for one, how to do interiors (templates can be downloaded free from Lulu.) And covers! I love doing covers. It is a magical moment for me. Trying to get the best cover is a task that is not for the fainthearted. I get so distracted, but found that the most pleasing covers for me is the integrity of the inner story being displayed. I believe in integrity and want to show my customers a snipped of the book's theme. This is a huge learning curve in itself. Also, creating pictures using digital technogy is another learning curve I have ventured into. I can now use Photoshop Elements, Clip Studio Paint and a Wacom Tablet plus intuos pen with great ease and delight. This is my reward for diligence and never giving up. And never working just for money.
