dying is not enough is a collection of micro-fiction about:
- humanity’s permanent transformation to programmed carnival mascots;
- existing in a state of neither life nor death;
- husks tasked with either consumption or evacuation, sometimes both concurrently, sometimes unable to discern which sensation is which or if either means anything at all; and
- the daily slaughter and resurrection by a 5G tower outside of town.
as formative memories are paved over and replaced with ai slop and algorithm climaxes, are we still able to unearth relics of actual feeling? can we still grieve or love or experience joy in the infinite novocaine current of doom feeding tubes?
is there anything left at all?
