Post Scriptum and Research to Gap Novels
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
The notes detail the experimental 'story-within-story' works, that being the 'Gap Novels' that fill the gaps left by Karl Friedrich May when he assembled the Winnetou trilogy, and utilize May's own texts from a variety of differing genres.
The individual works cross over into May's 'travel adventure' genre, and feature some of his rarer first short works presented as being told by the various protagonists, as well as 'Charles, AKA Old Shatterhand' during his travels in the Wild West.
The novels are set during the period of 1860 to late 1874.
The essay also includes research pertaining to May's original texts and the expanded Post Scriptums of the eight new novels.
