Living with depression

Depression, suffering from depression what is it? All my life in one form or another I have suffered from depression. I don’t know how to begin this book, so I’m just going to try to do my best. I know that this was not going to be easy, my mind is going to turmoil, and I am lost for words. As I am typing this I am suffering from depression, you could say there is a voice inside my head speaking to me, telling me not to write down what I am saying, but I’m going try my best to get as much information as I can. It’s hard to talk about depression most people try to ignore it’s and hope it will go away but that never happens, I am trying to write but the depression is slowing me down it’s holding me back I’m full of despair.
