Shining Path

When the gangster boss dies, the executors of his will seize control of the outfit, sending his daughter to a special school to be broken. Three years later, she's back on the street and looking for revenge. But it won't be simple in a 2040s Tokyo where the entertainment we call "anime" is made by artificial life-forms who really look like that, big eyes and all. Before Kamioka Hanako can take back all of what's hers, she must team up with one of those plastic men who loved a human and suffered the consequences; and with an entire nation of militant cat-women also seeking to take back what's theirs.
