About Matthias Lataille

Matthias Lataille moved to London, UK in 2005 to improve his English and boost his career as an Intellectual Property lawyer. He soon realised that bartending was much more entertaining and began learning his ABC at the American Bar at The Connaught in Mayfair. He then moved on to lead the bar team at the infamous Green & Red, widely acclaimed Mexican Cantina and Tequila Bar in Shoreditch.
