This is a very short succinct guide for anyone who is currently experiencing abuse and who needs a very short guide in the steps to getting out. It is deliberately brief. As a survivor myself who has experienced three abusive relationships I have written this specifically to empower people currently being abused to see a way out of the abusive relationship they are in. It is written for anyone who is currently experiencing mental, emotional, physical, sexual, financial or spiritual abuse.
