Mikayla's Fight

On July 4, 2009 our lives as we knew it changed forever. Like many others before us, our daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. It quickly consumed our lives and forever changed us. When you get the news your gut twists and you remain in a constant state of shock. The best way to describe the feeling is to know that you are seconds away from a car crash and you know that no matter what, its going to hurt.
