THE TRIANGLE OF MY MIND & THAT LAST RING

In my mid twenties like so many others before me, I was a tormented soul, suffering from depression, anxiety and potentially a bipolar disorder. Throughout the majority of my life I wrote about these negative traits on a day to day basis. It was a coping method when there seemed to be no other option. These were not fun times and even to this day the pain I once felt feels as raw as ever.
