"The Bestman, the Bride and the Wedding" is story. Wherever the truth is told within its pages, there is recitation of the Story. The remaining sections are simply part of a story. The account of this epic journey begins in Eden and continues throughout the history of the world as the Bride is escorted to the Great Wedding by the bestman. The book will fit well on the reader's "theological allegory" shelf. The story is intended to be edifying, entertaining and thought-provoking. How well these intentions are met is for the reader to decide. The book will be troubling to some, foolishness for many, a stumbling-block for a few and comforting to a remnant. Therefore, while the reader is encouraged to enjoy the book, there is also a caution, for Peniel is where we live.
