In the city of Nova Roma, capital of the New Empire, change is coming. It’s been nine years since the Empire was reclaimed from occupying Asiatic forces, and during that time, a society has been built around stability, a melting pot of the original culture of Italia and the Brittonican innovation and politics brought on by the mass-immigration of the ruling classes. Since its birth, the Empire has been ruled by the three Founders, military and political leaders who steered the revolution across Europe and reclaimed their homeland; now, however, democracy is beginning to flower in the city. The elected office of Imperator is to be contested for the first time between candidates from the centrist Alliance For Justice, backed by one founder, and the royalist Fraternal Collectorate, backed by another. Politics, friendships and the fate of a nation are in the balance.
