Two countries. Prosecutors on both sides of the border. One ordinary-looking man with a box in his arms. He forged $250 million in near-perfect American twenties. He was caught on a spring morning with a million dollars in his hands, and everything he had built seemed lost. Then he made a bargain no one saw coming, and walked out a free man with a fine of about $1,300. How does a forger go from the floor of a living room to freedom? This is the true story of the perfect twenty, told as it has been reported and illustrated in full color.
