In Equal Parts tells a story of a young woman uncertain about her childhood in Africa, where she is raised by her two grandmothers in two very distinct styles. Mira is never sure what are actual memories from her childhood, and what are fabrications invented by her disturbed mind to appear normal in the eyes of others.
