NDEE: Helping Students Succeed

For many young women, success is as much about the journey as it is about the destination – academic investigation and everyday advice give the basis for educators to improve their efforts to help students achieve their fullest potential. This booklet reviews academic literature on engineering education and investigates evidence-based methods to help educators ensure their students achieve their full potential, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, or physical ability.
