First Pastoral Suite for solo flute

First Pastoral Suite is a set of four short pieces of moderate difficulty for a solo flute. For me, the music evokes memories and associations from my childhood – both real and imagined. The pieces are not intended to tell any particular story, but each one has as its theme one of the four seasons of the year. 1. Playing in a Clear Stream in Spring 2. The Summer Swallows Playing This second edition corrects some errors in the first, as well as incorporating some small revisions.
