E-Contracts Legal Challenges

The aim of this research is to discuss the legal issues arisen by the innovation of electronic contracts such as uncertainty of the geographical location and the exact timing of the contract in order to increase the confidence in forging such contracts by inspecting their validity and the legal challenges according to the international rules. Moreover it examines the validity of e-signatures as a mean to support the confidentiality of e-contracts discussing what different legislations differ and agree in determination of the validity for such signatures.
