This provisional edition of the Williams Cantatorium contains the Proper of the Mass for Sundays, first-class feasts, and a number of other Masses in square Gregorian notation with rhythmic signs indicating proportional rhythm according to the oldest extant sources. Also included are excerpts from the Vatican-Solesmes Kyriale and a selection of hymns for various occasions.
