'Magical Dragonflies & Other Bugs' was born from a group of random writings recording a process of self discovery. It is compilation of thoughts that led to lessons and conclusions and ultimately to joy. As I shared these very personal thoughts with my friends, they encouraged me to share them further in a book. I have included some affirmations that have been very helpful in my personal journey. Feel free to use any that may resonate with you and allow them to encourage you to create your own affirmations specific to your individual issues.
