Victor Bomber Tanker

The crescent-winged Handley Page Victor was the last of the trio of acclaimed RAF v-bombers to enter service though it never served in large numbers. It served mainly in its intended role as a carrier of the Blue Steel stand off nuclear missile. Later it was deployed in the Strategic Reconnaissance role and as an in-flight refueling tanker and remembered for its Falklands War epic flights in support of the Avro Vulcan B.2 Black Cuck raids flown from Ascension Island in 1982.
