God's Promises (Book One)

Over 25 years ago Peter Scott was challenged by the words in 2 Peter 1:4: “by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises...”. He realised that you could take God’s Word and apply it to your own personal situation and circumstances. From that time he started to write down and develop his “promises”. He took the promises he found in scripture, personalised them and wrote them out so that we can learn what the Lord has promised His people but not just for an academic exercise. Over the years as Peter continued to study the Word he revised, updated and added to his collection of promises, I am delighted that these are now being made available in this little book as a lasting memorial to my dear friend Peter Scott. Don’t just read them once, study them, check up the scriptures but most of all speak them out.
