ANAGŌGĒ: Seated with Christ in the Triune God God “raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Eph. 2:6). The Fathers called this upward vision anagōgē, reading all things in the light of their glorious end: our deification in the Triune God. Drawn from Life in the Trinity and Deified Vision, these meditations and prayers move through seven movements, from the communion of the Three, through Christ, the Church, and the human person, to theosis, the liturgy, and the anagogical life.
