First loves and anxiety to hangovers and periods, Poppy Dillon’s heartfelt yet humorous debut poetry collection documents the awkward experiences of her early 20s. From the momentous ones, like falling in and out of love, making and losing friends, to the seemingly insignificant, like that person you sat next to on a megabus for nine hours. Poppy is now 27 and a full-time copywriter and spoken word poet in London.
