The Warped Hawk
The Warped Hawk A Short Story by Jane Doe Sally Bond looked at the warped hawk in her hands and felt fuzzy. She walked over to the window and reflected on her cosy surroundings. She had always loved grey Newton Abbot with its melodic, magnificent mountains. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel fuzzy. Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Maureen Superhalk. Maureen was a gentle dolphin with fat fingernails and pointy fingers.
