This particular book relates several personal experiences of a negative nature that I have experienced since coming to live and retire in the Philippines. There is a lot of insight that can be acquired by a person who has never experienced living in a 3rd world country for any real length of time by reading this particular book. It is my hope that by sharing these true stories that a person who is trying to decide whether or not moving to the Philippines for their retirement, that they will be able to more clearly understands how different this culture really is.
