THE COMPLETE WALLY BLACK & WHITE EDITION
COLLECTING ISSUES #1-4 RETRO COMIC REPRINTS #759
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Wally Brewster and his pal Hippo are teenagers who live in the town of scenic Beachdale.
Like most teenage boys of that time their interests are cars, girls-specifically brunette Jackie
and blond Pamela who compete for Wally’s attention and Hippo’s love for food. Their
nemesis is Beachdale’s high school principal Mr. Klearmont. Of course, Wally and Hippo
inevitably create hilarious mayhem that leads to humorous adventures in and out of high
school.
Wally was published by Gold Key from December of 1962 to September1963 and only lasted
four issues. The majority of scripts were written by Herb Rogoff and the artwork was done by
Paul Robinson.
THE COMPLETE WALLY is a fun teenage romp that succeeds in being funny, occasionally
heartwarming and wholesome.
THIS BOOK IS AVAILABLE IN BOTH HARDCOVER AND TRADE PAPERBACK EDITIONS AS WELL AS
