Explore the methods by which time is organized for seasonal celebrations in yearly cycles. Rather than a retelling of agricultural patterns as used in the 20th century, we will look for new mythic foundations that apply more readily to our modern lives, including the climate changes that will begin to occur as we fight through “global warming”. Current differences caused by local conditions and climates will also be included. Two full sets of seasonal rites are included: Dragon and Phoenix myth; and Eros and Psyche myth.
