Hotel de Boite Noire

Hôtel de Boîte Noire or The Black Box Hotel, is a rather twisted collection of 7 very short stories adapted from screenplays originally written for the Hotel Guignol project. The book also contains two vignettes made up of six stories each that tell one story. These were originally screenplays written for the multi-Emmy winning producer Steve Shlisky. The book contains the novelized version of the stories as well as the screenplays in their original form. It has a unique format reminiscent of the Ace Double books from the 50’s - read from one direction are the stories, flip the book over and you read the screenplays. Stories in this collection are; The Assassin, Monster In The Closet, Error In Judgment, Bite Me, Once More For Old Times, The One That Didn’t Get Away, Room At The Allstar Akgun, and vinegettes; Visitors and Plague. The stories are psychological thrillers that contain violence, sexual content, torture and murder. This book is not suitable for children.
