A Shepherd's Heart for a Scattered Church

This book is an expression of Rick’s commitment to and nurturing of men and women as distributors of Divine resources in the world. This book contains a collection of emails written to the congregation over the period of about a year and a half. The weekly "e-care" message was a new and unfamiliar enterprise for Rick in the summer of 2007, but he saw it as an invaluable opportunity to reach out into the offices, nurseries, job sites and homes of those in his congregation to encourage them, to remind them that they are a stake driven into the ground for Jesus Christ wherever God has sovereignly scattered them.
