Scumbags & Slimeballs

The majority of us aren't winners, there isn't that much room at the top. Most people get on with their lives having minor successes and small moments of glory. The characters in most of these twenty stories deal with life's humiliations, sometimes with limited success. Often, they are the instigators of their own downfall, and as such, funnier. Val, my wife, hates most of the characters in this collection and suggested the title. My daughter, Kim, doesn't say she hates them but challenged me to write about a decent human.
